Delivering a vibrant basement eatery precinct within the constraints of a low-stud height required careful planning and innovative services coordination. The challenging leasing market, combined with a tenant mix of experienced high-street operators, demanded a highly collaborative and hands-on approach throughout the fitout process.
Our team worked closely with each tenant to coordinate bespoke fitout requirements, navigating the physical limitations of the site while maintaining programme certainty. Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ensured every tenancy opened for trade on the prescribed date.
