Tailor Inc. was engaged by Precinct Properties to stabilise and lead the tenancy delivery component of the landmark Commercial Bay development. Initially providing high-level strategic oversight, our role quickly evolved into a hands-on “boots on the ground” tenancy delivery team.
Joining late in the programme and facing significant complexities, our project managers, tenancy coordinators and design managers reset the project for success. We addressed critical gaps, introduced clear leadership, and implemented new systems to regain momentum and control.
Key achievements included a full overhaul of services coordination across all retail tenancies, acceleration of fit-out design approvals, unlocking Council consent processes, and establishing a robust communications framework.
