Tailor Inc. provided an overarching Tenancy Delivery service for the launch of 55 new shops across a variety of specialty formats within a striking architectural mallscape. The development featured terrace eateries, casual dining, and standalone ground-floor restaurants.
With construction taking place over the existing, trading centre, the project presented added complexity, including an extensive overlay of tenant services. Despite these challenges, Kiwi Property proceeded with the planned programme, and the Tailor Inc. team delivered with immense effort and commitment, ensuring a seamless and successful opening.
