My passion for project management has grown through diverse roles, from working in a large fitout company to coordinating shopping centre tenancies and now leading multi-site retail rollout projects. I thrive on the fast pace and variety of retail delivery, working closely with clients and contractor teams around New Zealand, and I have been fortunate to learn from the best in retail delivery. I care deeply about projects and people - I am health and safety accredited and a volunteer for the Auckland Coastguard, which guarantees great weekend stories!

I bring over 10 years of international architecture and interior design experience, having worked on diverse projects across Indonesia, Spain, Singapore, and New Zealand. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and exploring different cultures has truly enriched my perspective and skills. I genuinely enjoy the entire design process, from concept to completion. My motivation is pushing design boundaries and challenging traditional approaches to create innovative, commercially aligned, and meaningful user experiences.

I bring a mix of commercial know-how, hands-on construction experience, and leadership to Tailor Inc. My career started in remedial construction, where I learned how to problem-solve in challenging conditions, quickly moving from Quantity Surveyor to Project Manager with a main contractor. Now working client-side, I'm known for being proactive and disciplined when managing operational and commercial risk. I build strong, genuine relationships and work hard to cut through the complexity, keep things moving, and deliver real value for my clients.

I have a lifelong interest in property and as a founding director I help shape Tailor's overall business strategy as well as specialising in large, complex projects, advising clients across the full property lifecycle. My background is broad, including managing brand rollouts across the USA, master- planning, and delivering diverse developments, from shopping centres to industrial facilities to major fitness and leisure projects. I thrive on solving challenges with creative solutions. That drive was the thinking behind the formation of Tailor in 2014, and I am incredibly proud of the successful business we have built.

I am an experienced architect who enjoys the technical rigour and collaboration of commercial projects. I bring a blend of technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving to our design team, taking pride in detailing with a strong understanding of compliance and building systems. Beyond technical delivery, I enjoy tackling complex conceptual challenges like site planning. For me, architecture is about combining precision with practicality. I aim to ensure every project is technically sound, thoughtfully designed for buildability, and provides lasting value for the end-user.

I joined the design team in 2022 and have expanded my previous residential experience to include numerous successful workplace, F&B, and retail projects. I was honoured to be the recipient of an emerging designer RED Award in 2024, and I thrive on the fast-paced dynamic environment that retail and workplace projects offer, as they have really accelerated my development as a designer.

With over 30 years of experience successfully running design practices in New Zealand and the UK, I joined Tailor Inc. in 2020. While I’ve stepped back from day-to-day design roles, I continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director, focusing on guiding the company's professional standards and disciplines. As a Fellow of The Designers Institute of New Zealand (FDINZ), I maintain a deep relationship with the industry and bring a significant legacy of corporate design knowledge to business.

Retail is in my blood. With more than 30 years of experience shaping and delivering retail environments I have built a career around my passion and expertise in brand development and client-side project management. My portfolio spans leading brands and international projects, including multi-store rollouts, rebrands, and innovative fitout concepts locally and internationally. I’m known for meticulous attention to detail, deep client commitment, hands on support and strong contractor relationships – qualities and skills that consistently deliver results. For me, the greatest reward is empowering clients to pursue ambitious retail projects with confidence and success, knowing they have a trusted partner by their side.

I’m proud to lead our major projects team providing client-side Project Management for numerous brands, commercial building projects and retail developments. My focus is balancing aspirational design with strong leadership, a client focus, and robust cost and programme discipline. I lead complex projects and teams with rigour around established expectations, implementing a project framework that empowers every project specialist involved to perform to their full potential. Our team bring plenty of technical ability and construction background to the table, along with a great attitude and hard work, which is why clients nationwide rely on us for their significant building projects.

With a background in architecture and interiors in both India and New Zealand my experience and strength have been in retail and hospitality. My international experience, working with diverse businesses in shopping centres and airports enables me to confidently contribute to conceptual design phases and I deliver robust, efficient, and detailed project documentation. Being relatively new to New Zealand I enjoy experiencing the Kiwi way of life, and the places and heritage provide new inspiration for my designs.

I spent a large part of my career in London, leading high-end residential projects with private clients and developers across the UK and internationally. In 2016, I came back to New Zealand and worked alongside a team completing a hotel project in Papua New Guinea, then joined Tailor Inc’s design team to head up and push into new sectors. I bring deep expertise in interiors and procurement, providing strong studio leadership to ensure our clients get the highest quality design services. I’m driven by a passion for our industry and a commitment to nurturing the designers who will shape its future.

Since joining Tailor Inc. in 2017, I've proudly led our People & Culture and key operations. As an owner and ambassador, I authentically live our 'better together' values, empowering our people to grow and thrive. In 2023, I accepted the role of Executive Officer for the NZ Retail Interiors Association, managing the executive and organising major industry events like the RED Awards. I'm commitment to enabling our team to be their best and to reinforce the quality of our business, making it a great place to work among other leading property professionals in New Zealand.

An architect by profession, I am recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading designers, with expertise across workplace strategy, corporate environments, architecture, product design, and retail. My approach balances creativity with practicality, always keeping people at the centre of the design. As head of Workplace at Tailor, I provide strategic insight and advice to help companies reimagine their culture and environments. My work is all about strong narrative - combining empathy, efficiency, and innovation to deliver spaces that are architecturally sound, business-focused, and inspiring for the people who use.

People, placemaking, and design have defined my career. I am enthusiastic about bringing brands and places to life, using design‑led thinking to drive commercial success. I enjoy helping our people grow and develop as much as I do the many enduring client and project partnerships we’ve established over the years. It is rewarding to see our unique design‑delivered approach evident in many of our major accomplishments, building our reputation for project excellence across New Zealand. I also serve as President of the NZ Retail Interiors Association, which is committed to connecting and strengthening the design and fitout community, and I have a keen interest in advancing sustainable design and fitout practices.

My career is built on a focus on Tenancy Delivery and Project Management within New Zealand's retail sector. I've had the privilege of leading the delivery of some of the country's most significant retail and shopping centre developments, including Commercial Bay, Sylvia Park, Tauranga Crossing, and Manawa Bay. Owners and developers trust me right from the early planning stages, I thrive on initial strategy and coordinating teams to meet project goals and trading objectives to the highest standards. Simply put I lead a nationally recognised team widely regarded as the most proficient retail project team in the country.

I recently joined Tailor Inc as Company Accountant, overseeing our business compliance and working closely with our SLT and operations. I deliver accurate support, systems, and guidance that our project management, design, and procurement teams rely on. I also manage and proudly administer our business commitment to Toitū Net Zero Carbon, ensuring our financial and operational discipline aligns with our sustainability goals.

Juggling multiple responsibilities has become second nature to me. As a dedicated mother and a motivated, highly efficient Project Manager, I lead retail and workplace fitout projects for a range of corporate clients across New Zealand. I thrive on the fast pace and the challenge of client-side delivery and stakeholder management. I’m known for my interpersonal style, bringing project teams together with clarity and structure, uniting people around clear objectives to drive project success.

I am a trained architect from my native Brazil, with extensive experience in workplace design that has grown to encompass a broader range of commercial and retail projects at Tailor Inc. I’m an instinctive and proactive member of the team, blending conceptual creativity with technical detail. I love rolling up my sleeves and getting involved at every stage, from creative beginnings to site involvement, and I take pride in delivering spaces that feel inspiring and functional for the people who use them.

I’m a Tauranga-based Retail Design Manager with extensive experience working alongside tenants and landlords across New Zealand and Australia. Bringing practical and creative expertise to the fitout process, my approach blends professional knowledge with a genuine passion for retail. I build strong rapport, deliver quality design outcomes, and provide smart retail solutions that protect asset value and drive revenue.

My career began in the telecommunications sector, managing infrastructure projects, and I am now expanding my expertise within the Tailor Inc major projects team, focusing on commercial projects and client-side project delivery. What you get with me is my commitment to working hard for your project and a management style that blends strong process with my personality. I believe energy and character are just as important as technical skills, and I use both to galvanise teams, drive progress, and ensure successful project delivery.

I have successfully overseen tenancy delivery for numerous shopping centre developments and manage static centre retail delivery across New Zealand. My core strength is bridging disciplines, connecting all stakeholders in complex, fast-paced project environments. With a solid understanding of retail project processes, including financial management, coordination, and compliance, my work streamlines the workflow and significantly reduces risk for both tenants and landlords.

I’m a Project Administrator at Tailor Inc, supporting our team with project coordination activity and documentation. I’m currently studying Property and Finance at the University of Auckland, which is giving me a solid foundation in commercial property and development. Working part‑time alongside my studies, I’m committed, curious, and keen to learn - adding value through reliability, clear communication, and my genuine interest in the industry.

I am an accomplished, spirited designer who has been part of Tailor Inc’s tenancy delivery team since 2016. I thrive on the challenges of large-scale retail projects, adding critical value by managing the design interfaces between landlord and tenant teams. My focus is always on delivering high-quality design and fitouts that benefit everyone. My notable achievements include major shopping centre developments such as NorthWest, Tauranga Crossing, Ormiston Town Centre, and Manawa Bay. Each project reinforces my ability and my passion for creating beautiful, effective retail spaces for brands, retailers, and customers.

I'm an Architectural Designer focussing on commercial projects. My foundation is in residential design, and I have a keen interest in contemporary art. I approach each new commercial project with curiosity, committed to translating strong conceptual ideas into clear technical documentation. I especially enjoy creating visualisations - bringing those ideas to life!
