Tailor Inc supports Restaurant Brands Limited (RBL) in delivering its multi-brand hospitality strategy through the national rollout of Taco Bell restaurants across New Zealand. Working in city centres, regional, and rural locations, Tailor Inc provides end-to-end support to ensure a consistent, efficient, and scalable delivery programme.

Our role spans site planning and design feasibility, architectural design, and client-side project management, supporting the RBL Development team from early site assessment through construction and store opening. Each project is carefully coordinated to meet brand standards, remain commercially viable, and stay on programme and budget, aligned with marketing and launch strategies.

Through an integrated design and delivery approach, Tailor Inc manages design coordination, consultant engagement, approvals, tendering, and construction, allowing the RBL team to focus on operational readiness. Ongoing involvement across multiple sites ensures continuity, helping refine and enhance the Taco Bell
brand and customer experience with each new location.
