Working with Auckland Airport and the wider project group, Tailor were tasked with ensuring all leased tenancies opened for trade on the prescribed centre opening which, incidentally, was set 2 years prior to opening and never changed. As such, 98 tenancies duly opened as required. The remaining 15 opened in the ensuing months.
With handovers to tenants all achieved on, or mostly in advance of the agreement to lease date, we were able to comfortably handle the volume of contractors on site, which made traffic flow and H&S significantly less challenging than it could have been.
