Summit Bar is a premium hospitality destination located within the redeveloped international terminal at Christchurch International Airport.

Delivered for SSP Australia & New Zealand, the project forms part of the airport’s ongoing investment in enhancing the passenger experience through high-quality food and beverage offerings. Positioned within a live operational airport environment, the project required careful planning, stakeholder coordination and programme management to achieve a successful delivery without disrupting airport operations.

Working alongside McKayLang and the wider consultant team, Tailor Inc provided client-side project management services from project inception through to completion, guiding the project through design coordination, procurement, construction and handover.
