Located on the ground floor of Britomart’s Maritime Building, Alma is a restaurant designed to delight the senses. Specialising in Spanish cuisine, the space brings joy, comfort, and pleasure to every dining experience.
Tailor Inc. partnered closely with Hip Group and Jack McKinney Architects to bring the restaurant to life, providing bespoke client-side project management. Our team facilitated design and delivery through regular PCG meetings, on-site client liaison, and comprehensive oversight of the project budget.
Despite structural complexities within the heritage building and the challenges of three rounds of lockdowns, our delivery team remained solution-focused, leveraging experience to manage time, cost, quality, and scope—ensuring Alma opened successfully as a standout addition to Britomart.
