Despite these constraints, the project was delivered to a high standard, establishing a benchmark for elevated hospitality spaces in Auckland.

Now open, Queens Rooftop & Wineshop offers panoramic views of the Waitematā Harbour, exceptional cuisine, and a curated wine program, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere for corporate and leisure guests alike. Its completion marks the final milestone in the 10-year Commercial Bay development, activating a previously untapped space and highlighting Auckland’s emergence as a globally recognised waterfront city.
