Having previously collaborated with Katsubi on several of theirproperties, on their latest eatery in Newmarket, this project introduced a new designconcept for the brand and required close coordination with Katsubi’s team toalign both design intent and operational requirements, while also workingalongside the landlord to ensure all stakeholder needs were met.
The outcome demonstrated strong project alignment and execution. A streamlineddesign and documentation process helped ensure minimal defects at completion,with the project successfully delivered on time and within budget.
