We approached the brief by prioritising adaptability to the client’s needs. The spatial layout was carefully considered to ensure each zone functioned seamlessly and supported the overall flow of the space.

Our design focused on luxury, flexibility, and mood, achieved through bespoke joinery and furniture, unique hardware, layered lighting, and rich tonal finishes. Flexibility was central to the marketing suite, allowing the space to function effectively both as individual rooms and as a single, cohesive area for larger events.

Six individual marketing suites can operate independently or open via operable walls to create a versatile function area for auctions and events, combining elegance with practical functionality. The result is a space that projects warmth, intimacy, and professionalism while maintaining brand integrity.
