Tailor Inc was engaged to provide architectural design, interior design, and project management services for the redevelopment of PGG Wrightson’s new Invercargill location. The project involved the transformation of an existing wool store into a modern, fit-for-purpose facility incorporating a drive-through retail environment, new workplace office spaces, and a reconfigured car parking layout to improve accessibility and site functionality for both customers and staff.

Working closely with the PGG Wrightson team, Tailor Inc delivered a design solution that responds to operational requirements while aligning with the brand’s established identity. The completed facility supports efficient retail operations and a functional workplace environment, while reflecting PGG Wrightson’s long-standing connection to New Zealand’s rural sector and the communities it serves.
