Retail Delivery Wrap Up

As 2023 draws to a close, we look back on what has been a massive year for both the Retail Delivery team at Tailor and our clients but one not devoid of challenges as we are still very much in the throes of a post COVID reality.

That said, Highlights have been numerous, varied and widespread:

  • As leasing continues apace at Mānawa Bay, Tailor, as the Tenancy Delivery team, are engaging with an ever-increasing number of the world’s most loved retail brands as we curate their journey from ATL to opening.

  • Working with Precinct to create Willis Lane,  a stunning and already iconic entertainment and F&B offering in the basement of 1 Willis Street in Wellington,

  • Overseeing the refurbishment of numerous Z Energy stations across the length and breadth of the country and partnering with the Z project team to introduce and roll-out the new “Z Lite” concept – effectively a slightly pared back version of the full refurbishment.

  • Managing the design and fitout of the new look New Bakers Delights and yet more Taco Bells

  • Designing and delivering Huffer, Adidas, Flo and Frankie outlets

  • Numerous, tenancy openings across the many shopping centres we service.

  • And last but by no means least, we’re just starting to work with the ASB across numerous projects of all sizes.

The final word though is about the people we work with and alongside. Retail is all about people. Passionate, motivated, energetic and visionary people. A big thank you goes out to all our clients and all our staff for everything that we, you and they have done this year.

“It’s been emotional:Thanks to all who attended. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did!
