Blair Wolfgram
Director

In his extensive project-delivery experience, Blair has experienced a range of complex delivery projects. Some examples include leading teams rolling out large brands throughout the USA, master planning town centres, delivering industrial Distribution Centre’s at Auckland Airport or reopening Gymnasiums in the Christchurch red zone. Blair’s lifelong involvement and passion for property means he can add immediate value by creating clear project-delivery structures and encouraging his teams to solve project challenges with creative solutions.

Héloïs Ehlers
Director

A founding member of Tailor, Héloïs brings 25 years of international project management experience on a wide variety of projects. Her credits include a $4.8 million procurement project for Auckland University, due diligence projects for large supermarket chains and rebranding for AA, Qantas and ANZ. She also managed base-build upgrades, fit-outs and tenancy coordination for large retail complexes such as North West Shopping Centre and Sylvia Park Galleria.

Martin Skinner
Managing Director

Martin has 20 years’ experience as a retail designer for leading brands in New Zealand and overseas, and is known for successfully leading retail strategy and project delivery while managing both landlord and tenant design processes. He takes pride in developing the skills of his teams at Tailor and he has a hands-on approach to leading and managing project teams.

Mike Chapman
Director of Delivery

Mike’s reputation and knowledge within the retail industry are unsurpassed, having delivered retail projects across New Zealand. Originally from a retail, advertising and shopfitting background, Mike moved into project management for Carson Group, and delivered ANZ branches and Sylvia Park before moving to Kiwi Property where he led Tenancy Delivery for 10 years.

Julie has been involved in a plethora of prestigious interior projects both in the UK and worldwide, including a significant hotel and convention centre development in Papua New Guinea. Julie uses her extensive design knowledge, energy and experience in managing teams to make sure that our clients enjoy the whole design journey.

Kate has been in the property industry for 10 years and brings a unique mix of admin, event planning and HR expertise. She first established her property career while working in Central London and now implements our visions and values, sets the standard for staff and champions the client experience.
