Designed for our furry friends - True Vets.

We worked alongside our client and their Marketing Specialist from an early stage to develop the overall design concept alongside the brand for the Clinic.

“We often get clients and visitors commenting on the design, that is very calming, fresh but warm, a welcoming practice with an element of fun - just want we wanted!

Thank you for absolutely nailing the brief.”

Our design inspiration was focused on creating a playful and interactive aesthetic paired with a calming colour palette to create a soothing environment when you entered the space, as opposed to a typical clinic. Each joinery element within the space was designed with both the brand and durability in mind, and the space planning was key to ensure functionality throughout the clinic.

The space consists of a reception area with two entrances – one for dogs and one for cats, along with 2 x consultation rooms, a cat, dog, and isolation ward, a procedures area, a surgery, an X-ray/ultrasound room, a staff kitchenette, and an accessible WC which was required to be available to both customers and staff.

We spent time with our client to understand how each space within the clinic would be utilised and to work through key requirements to create fluidity between these zones, ensuring an effective design solution.

Benefits for the Client:

  • Able to provide guidance for the client in the process of building of their brand aside the design and fit-out.

  • This was a Veterinary Clinic falling under the specialist retail sector within Ormiston Town Centre. We worked closely with the client to ensure this process was as seamless as possible.
