Tailor Inc's Tenancy Coordinators and Retail Design Managers provided an overarching Tenancy Delivery service to deliver 55 new shops consisting of a range of specialty tenancy formats within a grand architectural mall-scape.

The development included Terrace Eateries casual dining and standalone ground-floor restaurants.
Years in the making, the project had added complexity as construction took place over the existing, trading centre with the resulting extensive overlay of tenant services and then leasing delayed due to COVID.
Undeterred, Kiwi Property opted to proceed with the planned programme with the Tailor Inc team putting in an immense effort and commitment to ensure a successful opening.
