Tailor Inc was approached by the Commercial Bay Development team in late 2019 as they had concerns with the Tenancy Delivery process.
Having reviewed the end-to-end methodology, Tailor Inc was engaged to oversee the consultant’s delivery team and resolve the significant issues that were identified.
Subsequently and in addition to the overarching supervisory role, Tailor Inc was also appointed as “boots on the ground” Tenancy Coordinators for the majority of the Harbour Eats F&B tenancies.
Despite numerous complexities, challenges, our 11th-hour involvement and the significant difficulties caused by COVID, all leased tenancies opened on the planned date.
