Tailor Inc. had the privilege of working closely with Hipgroup and Jack McKinney Architects in the realisation of their new restaurant.
Providing a bespoke client-side project management service, Tailor Inc. facilitated the design and delivery through regular PCG meetings and on-site client liaison with the contractors which included an overview of the project budget.
Despite numerous complexities in the structural aspect of the heritage building and the challenges of experiencing three rounds of lockdowns, our delivery team focused on solutions, leveraging our collective experience to manage time, cost, quality, and scope.
